DownloadDownload the app from Google Play store or Apple App store. Once downloaded, open the app and set up your profile based on Seva’s prompts. All you need to enter is your name, phone number, password, verify that you are 18 years of age and above and consent to Seva’s terms and conditions. Voila, you are all set to use Seva. Open the app, click on the microphone icon and start chatting with Seva.

Seva is not limited by any country restriction at this point, but we are able to support only the US. We are coming to global countries soon
Seva can currently only support English. But our team is actively working to get Seva to talk to you in all world languages.
Yes, Seva stores your data on Google cloud in a very secure and encrypted format. Your data is used to create a more personalized experience for you and use the data to predict and track your wellbeing. However, you can delete your data by deleting your profile from the account page. For more information on our data and privacy policy, visit our safety page.
Yes, Seva uses your data to train models to improve your personalization. We use a default opt-in policy. However, you can write to support@thrive360ai.com and request to opt-out.
Yes, currently Seva is free to download and use. And we promise neither to sell your data nor show you any ads while using the app
You can reset your password by just clicking on request password request in your account. This action will prepopulate an email to contact@thrive360ai.com and then click on send. Or you can email directly contact@thrive360ai.com with a request to rest your password from the email id registered with Seva. We will ensure that we will notify you about your password reset by sending you an email with your new password
Click on the account icon on the home page and the Seva account page will be loaded. Here you can update your address, Phone number, emergency contact, reminders and request password reset
Click on the account icon on the Seva home page. Under the app setting, click on Reminder. Click on the + icon to add a new reminder or click on existing reminder to edit it. Set up a new reminder by selecting reminder for medication or general, time you want to be reminded and how frequently you want to be reminded (Daily, weekly or monthly) Remember to allow notifications so that Seva can send you the reminders that you just set up.
Seva needs access to your emergency contact so that we can notify your loved ones of any escalation regarding your health and well-being. This notification happens via a text message to your emergency contact. So, don’t forget to set it up as soon as you set up the app.
